Risk Management – through timely assistance in prevention of any delays, violations and/or any unrests in compliance with legislative requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Company`s Policies and Procedures. IR requirements, procedures and rules execution – ensuring that all audits (HR/Payroll, Accommodation & Hygiene, Sanitary, Demobilization) and all IR procedures (Salary report, Weekly reports, Monthly Meetings with contracts/subcontracts, internal investigation activities, demobilization procedure) are timely proceeded and reported to concerned Stakeholders (Company Management, Client, TCO and Akimat). Communication bridge – both with Client (TCO) and local State Execution Body (Akimat & Employment Center) on industrial and labor issues in production area, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, acting as an authorized representative on behalf of Company at Town Hall Meetings with local Authorities and with the Client. Analysis – of lessons learnt and taking proper actions to avoid any discrepancies and/or violations against Laws of the RoK, Team supervision – ensuring all reports, response to queries, requests are timely submitted to Client and/or Local Authorities. E&I ROK Specialist, QAQC Department Preparation of the construction as-built documentation on completed works (E&I part) after eartworks and construction completion in compliance with the Construction acts management procedure approved and verified by KPO (Karachaganak Petroleum Operating b.v.) and according to the RoK regulatory documentation, construction norms and rules, guidance. Monitoring and expediting of contractor and supplier permitting works, legal support in occurred challenges with permission, coordinate project design with concerned disciplines and key stakeholders, participate in project review and workshops, e.g. risk analysis, safety in design, operability and constructability, provide permitting status reports on a monthly and weekly basis, whilst on the project site work with construction, QA/QCp and commissioning to resolve engineering/construction conflicts and contribute to a smooth and seamless handover to the operations and user.

Obtainment permits and approvals by local Authorities on timely manner, cooperation with stakeholders - state control bodies and contractors, proceeding legal support during engineering, construction up to commissioning stages of the project circle life, proceed assistance in solving open issues/gaps raised during obtainment approvals by state bodies, design development in accordance with legislative requirements. Coordinate internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects timely delivery, within scope and budget of the Project, and its` compliance with Safety rules according to Company`s procedure and legislation of the RoK.

Fulfillment of Companies` yearly Social obligations within the Terms of Contract for Nature Use and Work program through proceeding social projects and work with Communities of Company`s operation area via Company Policy, act for the Company in the Company`s interests as the reporting representative during the meetings with city and regional Akims on behalf of the General Director (if required).

Provision of legal support in all studies of the Project proceeding, starting from initiation of the Project, development of DED, construction and commissioning of the constructed facility in accordance with all requirements, construction rules and standards (SNiP) and laws and regulations of the RoK.
