Commissioning and start-up of rotating and static equipment in plant / area of responsibility.  Site inspections, Mechanical Completion / Pre-Commissioning Completion verification.  Client representative in FPD team, equipment preservation, PM, verifications and various inspection.  Review and approval procedures for rotating equipment preservation, installation, commissioning and start up.  Deficiencies and punch points identification, categorization and corrections witnessing for close out.  Commissioning activities coordination, systems analysis from operation and maintenance aspect.  Monitor and assure that activities are carried out in accordance with procedure and site requirements.  P&ID checking, as built updating / verification (RLMU), SAT witnessing, test records acceptance.  PC site witnessing and signing QVD check sheets upon work completeness.  RFC protocols preparation and aligning with scheduled sequences.  RFSU, PSSR - Pre Start-Up checks activities participation.  Performance testing, adjusting, modifications, fault corrections and final acceptance protocols handling.  Preventive maintenance before handover to operation management. Activities verification.
