Prepared and worked with financial institutions for attracting new funds. Personally managed all credit line operations in BNP Paribas. Personally worked on a project of attracting USD25M credit line from BNP Paribas

Effectively managed receivables of 10M GEL. Reorganized the department; Implemented “service plus” seminars and workshops for sales staff. Personally communicated with every big client, namely: Ministry of Internally Affairs, Ministry of Finance; Ministry of Economy, etc; Personally managed and coordinated “Petrofac’s’ project of USD15M. Implemented real time reporting system.

Owned 45% of the entity. Managed all the financial aspects of the business. Implemented new financial software and distributors reporting system. Managed and communicated with all international business partners. During my stay, sales grew from 1M GEL to 5M GEL per annum. Ultimately, I sold my shares back to the previous owner with 200% of capital gain.

: Worked on and effectively implemented standards of all the banking operations; Restructured all the unprofitable branches; Established and personally managed the bank’s central branch. Opened new service centers

Major achievements: Implemented new procedures for standard banking operations; Implemented “service plus” for branch’s 24/7 service center staff. The aforementioned events were proved of being effective and leaded other branches to the same changes.

Built the branch from ground zero. Attracted new borrowers and depositors. In less than a year, I increased branch’s assets from zero to 10M GEL. Expanded Bank’s operations in the following neighboring regions: Senaki, Khobi, Zugdidi, Qobuleti and Batumi, which ultimately played a crucial role to opening new branches in the aforementioned regions.
