 Контроль за операциями на складе по приему, распределению и выдаче материалов, требуемых для строительства завода.  Ведение регистров по типологии материалов  Для повышения уровня работы склада, тесное взаимодействие с разными департаментами: строительство, ТБ, металлоконструкции, печь (furnace), трубная обвязка, отделы механики и электрики и т.д.  Выявление и устранение проблем, связанных с техникой безопасности.

Control and track Import/Export Shipments. Monitor warehouse activity for storage, housekeeping, loading and offloading. Achieved zero incidents in the WHSE (Warehouse) during the whole project.

· Maintain incoming/outgoing deliveries on/off the rig. Record usage of materials, assist in placing orders. Organize backloads of unused or non-required items with cooperation of deck crew and BP OMC (Offshore Materials Coordinator)

· Responsible for Materials management, Warehouse control, Logistics Operations · Contribute in Safety improvement system on the rig as a Safety Committee member · Participate in fire drills as a master checker

· Responsible for all logistics operations both offshore and onshore. Supervise materials storage in WHSE and loadouts to the rigs by boats. · Direct participation in mobilization of Schlumberger equipment/materials to Murmansk by trucks, trains and further to the rigs by boats. · Attend at regular meetings with Client’s management to discuss logistics organization

· Inventory control, back-up all Logistics Supervisor’s duties, check hazardous substances at storage, run demobilization of Inteq’s equipment/inventory

· Operate all radio equipment, helicopter/boats communication, transmittals logging, being in Control Room team at fire drills

· Run drilling tools/equipment on rig floor, participate in drilling operations such as running in and pooling out, casing run, BHA assembling/disassembling

· Organize deliveries to rig sites and Base, running inventory control, communicate with vendors for purchase and shipments issues, check on drilling assistants situated at rig sites, assist to Drilling Superintendent for translation

· Created and processed purchase orders for raw materials as well as finished goods. · Tracked all orders placed with suppliers and inspected materials upon delivery to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and goods met specifications. · Developed and built relationships with key suppliers and measured suppliers performance using data based on cost, quality and service level metrics. · Negotiated terms and conditions with vendors to ensure optimum price, competitiveness and high quality products. · Established procedures for managing return of damaged goods, replacement items, incomplete orders, shortages and appropriate credit arrangements.
