• Define roles and responsibilities of site personnel with regard to HSE • Implementation of HSE procedures: • Ensure that ALL staff receives appropriate HSE trainings prior to commencement of work: Fire-fighting, First Aid, COSHH, ISO 14001 • Monitoring the effectiveness of the company’s HSE Policies. • Shall recommend, assist and arrange the HSE training, refresh training and education according to established training matrix. • Conduct regular sites visits HSE audits/inspections including ISO 14001 audits at all sites and ensuring compliance with regulations and company procedures. • Implement ISO 14001 management system: issue sites specific aspects and impacts register accordingly set objectives and targets for each site. • Arrangement of certification of company’s management system against international standards (ISO 9001,ISO 50001,ISO 19001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17 020 ,ISO 17025, etc.). • Conduct the safety meetings, toolbox talks and risk assessments • Advise on the suitability, provision and use of safety equipment and protective clothing. • Prevent accident and near miss incidents via incident investigation reporting followed by causes, lessons learned and actions revealed for further follow up. • Checking waste segregation, the packaging and labelling of the waste material. • Monitor laboratories activities to prevent harm to employees, damage equipment, pollution to the environment. • Schedule Medical Check of each chemist. • Provide with HSE information all employees. • To provide of easily understood HSE procedures. • Ensure that all equipment is checked and brought up to acceptable safety standards. Provide risk assessments for each lab analyses and sampling. • Ensure all laboratories have appropriate first aid equipment, eye wash stations, and oil/chemical / mercury spill kits. • Provide and ensure that all the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and worn appropriately. • Conduct regular communication checks and reporting in on a regular basis. • Ensure all drivers receive appropriate HSE training. • Ensure all vehicles are appropriately equipped with the required HSE equipment. • Ensure all vehicles have been checked. • Carry out regular safety and environmental inspections and audits on vehicles. • Once sites safety representatives are appointed ensure they are able to competently manage safety aspects. • Identify HSE targets for each chemist including BOSS/SOC reporting numbers. • Keeping and maintaining HSE KPI’s register and reporting to Client.

• Lead the formulation of the company’s long-term sustainability vision, mission and operating principles, and lead the development of a high-level strategy .Collaborate with the company’s internal groups to develop a coordinated sustainability plan. Build sustainability principles into short and long-range business planning, capital planning and operations planning. • Coordination of all activities in connection to norm and standards of MES, MENR, State Committee on SMP, MNS, AZStandart, etc. • Arrangement of certification of company’s management system against international standards (ISO 9001,ISO 50001,ISO 19001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 17025, etc.). • Serve as the internal leader and “go to” expert for sustainability, monitoring emerging trends, programs and issues, and communicating and educating others on sustainability topics • Development, implementation and communicate jointly with consulting companies and maintain plant Health & Safety & Environmental Policies, System and Guidelines. • Participation in the process of plant construction, equipment installment including making contracts with suppliers, so as to make sure those projects to meet the requirements of HSE and other standards • Coordinate, monitor, review and prepare reports on plant Health & Safety and Environmental activities’ implementation, progress and performance • Assess the organization’s current sustainability performance and identify and prioritize the organization’s key sustainability issues. Formulate action plans with defined objectives, targets and responsibilities to support agreed upon sustainability strategies. Ensure appropriate internal controls and measurement systems are in place to support sustainability efforts.
