Dear Sirs & Madams, Let me introduce myself. My name is Elkhan Gahramanov. I was a member of the Logistics Team in Baku 2015 European Gamesand worked as Venue Logistics Manager from 3 November 2014 till 21 July 2015. I led on the scoping, planning and delivery of FF&E, Sport and Medical Equipment to support the Venue Logistics Function at Tofig Bahramov Stadium for the Archery event. I managed a team of approximately 20 crew, training them and motivating them to deliver the FF&E to the right location at the right time. In addition I assisted with the planning and delivery of the Wrestling Test Event at Heydar Aliyev Arena. I built strong relationships amongst departments within Organising Committee along with external stakeholders, contactors and venue owners in order to deliver Venue Logistics on time and on budget. I was a reliable “go to” member of Logistics, bringing energy, enthusiasm and passion to the team and was well liked and respected amongst my colleagues and the wider Logistics team. My “can do” attitude to all of the tasks allocated to me is a real asset to any team and I perform every task to a very high standard. Besides that from the 1st of April, 2016 till 15/07/2016, I was working as Boulevard Transportation Coordinator / Deputy Transport Manager at F1 Baku Grand Prix. I had below listed job roles. - Coordination of all transportation activities at Boulevard; - Work with Baku Grand Prix mapping team to create route maps; - Training of the golf cart drivers and subcontractors’ drivers; - Training of the load zone supervisors and transport volunteers; - Supervision of load zone supervisors (4 persons) and golf cart drivers (34 persons); - In cooperation with the Boulevard Administration plan, develop and implement detailed operations plans for Golf Carts operations; - Maintain communication and relationships with external stakeholders and contractors as required; - Assist with the outline of transportation services and delivery requirements for each client group within Golf Carts Services; - Assess all furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E) requirements for operations and help evaluate which communication and technology solutions are best suited for Baku Grand Prix; - Collaborate with Boulevard Administration and prepared daily requests with demands; - Supervise and monitor volunteer and staff needs - Monitor all Golf Cart movements; - Coordination of Autograph session for F1 pilots; - Coordination of Photographers’ shuttle operation; Besides that from 07/11/2016 till 31/05/2017, I was working as Venue Logistics Manager at Tofig Bahramov Stadium at Baku 2017, 4th Islamic Solidarity Games. I would like also to mention that my event career started in 2012. I was a Venue Transport Officer at FIFA U-17 Women`s World Cup Azerbaijan 2012, from August 2012 till November 2012. From February 2018 till April 2018, I was a Transfer/Transportation Coordinator at F1 Baku Grand Prix 2018. My last event experience was in Russia. From May 2018 till July 2018, I was a Transport City Manager at FIFA World Cup 2018(Rostov-on-Don).
