- Relaunched Bonux Brand with new Product Line-Up to the Market with my trade marketing plan named "Stalingrad" project. Increased the sales 3 times in the first 3 month of entry and increase the market shares from 10% to 39% in the low price consumer segment - To grow in the LS Segment of Detergents initiated the idea of Downsizing the package of Ariel 600 gr to 400 gr to match the shelf price/pack of fast growing competitor Persil/Henkel. This project, enabled Ariel LS to regain the lost shares form the competition. Baby Care - First in Caucasus Esatblished the Retail Performance Standards, Shelf Planograms, Merchandising Standards, Effective Assortment, Retail Price Strategies of the category - Designed and launched "Gelersen - Gorersen" Defence Trade Marketing Project to successfully defend the market shares from the new players "Canbebe", "Molfix" and "Helen Herper" in the mid tier. These brands together had got 15% of pampers shares in a very short time. After my project we regained completely all lost shares back, moreover got some ppts from Huggies Classic as well - Launched Sleep& play in the mid-low tier to own the lower segment - launched Pampers lets Go Line to own the market shares of Huggies pull-Ups - Launched "Power of One" Trade Marketing Conceptual project and icreased the Pampers Wipe sales almost 3,3 times in the 1st year - Launched the "Discreet" brand in the Caucasus Market and in a very short time owned almost ll the market in this segment Fem Care - Tripled the Always and Discreet Numeric and Weighted Distribution in Aze with continuous Distribution Drives and POSM & Stand solutions HomeCare - Fairy Market Volume Shares increased from 12% to 23%, and Valiue Shares from 18% to 35% during my assignment - Stockflow Sales to the trade increased 3 times - Numeric Distribution reached 94% and Weighted Distribution 99% - My Fairy Shelf Tray Solution got the highest award in CEEMEA (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa) Region, Kazakhstan and Egypt reapplied my experience in their markets - Comet Line-Up and Artwork change projects gave the brand rebirth and in the 1st year the volume increased 1,8 times
