- Manage and develop a team of drivers and transport assistants, who may be working remotely, either alone or in small teams, in order to deliver a high quality service to customers. - To take the lead in resolving unforeseen problems as they arise ensuring appropriate resolution of these and to utilize the learning to plan for future similar scenarios. - Take the lead role in planning, costing and allocating routes and vehicles ensuring sufficient flexibility is in place to meet the varying and changing needs of athletes and team officials.

- Coordinate particular aspects of event content and ceremonies associated with the staging of the off-track entertainment at Formula 1® Azerbaijan Grand Prix; - Coordination in the development, planning, review and production of various key event and ceremonies operations plans; - With a high level of multi-tasking Event & Ceremonies logistics, this fast paced role will add value and increase the event & ceremonies enjoyment and Event & Ceremonies experience for all spectators and stakeholders.

- Planning and managing accommodation, transportation, airport transfers of theater troupes; - Planning procurement process of consumable items regarding the technical riders; - Check the readiness of the Venue (dressing rooms, scene and auditorium).

- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle; - Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services; - Interview and confirm the contractors’ supervisors for the Venue.

- In collaboration with the Logistics Warehouse and Support Services team, assist in coordinating and receiving of shipments in and out of the Race Logistics Centre; - Work directly with designated BCC Functions within Commercial (not limited to) to identify their scope for services at venue and develop Delivery Route Guides for each zone; - Effectively manage the overall operations of logistics and transport on venue to ensure that service is delivered in accordance with Venue Operating Procedures (VOPs) and relevant policies.

- Responsible for procurement and supply chain of the venue equipment; - Assisting with the planning and delivery of logistics services throughout all operational phases; - Work closely and cooperatively with other departments.

- Work with procurement for the ordering and purchasing of the Equipment required for the Formula1 Marshals; - Coordinating and receiving of shipments in and out of the Logistics Centre; - Train, manage and motivate the Logistics crews at assigned venue, consisting of staff, contractors and marshals.

- Assisting with the planning and delivery of logistics services throughout all operational phases at both the Athletes and Media Villages including Test Events; - Manage the agreed Village‘s BOH operations, controlling logistics compounds and associated areas; - Supervising and supporting logistics crew and assistants.

- Managing and coordinating warehouse, transportation and customer service activities; - Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles; - Negotiating shipping and supplier costs.

- Content creation, writing blog posts, communications materials, and material for social media channels; - Customer relations, answering questions however they come in (Facebook, Instagram) and managing any online feedback; - Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics.
