Support and participate in internal and external audits as needed for ISO 14001 and 45001 certifications • Drive company HSE excellence through senior management visibility and involvement • Recommend HSE staff resources necessary to successfully achieve HSE program objectives • Participates in and leads meetings with customers, HSE team members and contractors/subcontractors to advise them on HSE requirements and progress of KPI • Review and comment on contractor/subcontractor documentation such as TRA’s, Assurance Plan, Method Statements, Lifting Plans, working procedures, programs etc. • Establish HSE Key Performance Indicators (KPls) and renew annually with company senior management endorsement • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and environmental practices. • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on HSE performance, initiatives, and areas for improvement • Develops inspection and audit processes and establishes regular inspection schedules to ensure safe and compliant operations. • To assess, evaluate, advise and ensure compliance with company’s HSE policies, procedures standards, regulations and legal requirements • Conducts HSE assessments/inspections of various operation activities to monitor compliance with HSE requirements • Promote an ethos of continuous improvement and striving for excellence within the area of the post’s remit. • Perform subcontractor HSE screening process and documentation • Fosters working relationships with key stakeholders to address challenges and drive the HSE culture.

• Responsible to identify, develop and implement a Health, Safety, and Environment system with accommodating standards, programs and procedures to identify risks and meet client and company requirements • Work with the Project Team and Contractors to develop, implement and monitor HSE standards and programs in contractual conditions • Provide leadership and direction for the Health, Safety, Environment to all personnel involved in the project • Assure compliance with environmental design and safety practices by coordinating HSE audits. • QHSE Focal Point on SD 2 Project between Enermech and BP/TKAZ -Sangachal Terminal Infrastructure • Responsible for compliance with projects QHSE Assurance plans • Support the MEC QHSE Manager with the development and maintenance of Company QHSE documentation and the Integrated Management System (IMS) • Coordinate the implementation of annual audit plans of the service being provided, to ensure compliance with all QHSE protection requirements • Participate in project risk assessments and make recommendations for mitigation actions and preventative measures • Assists to implement and maintain certification of ISO 9001-2008, OHSAS 18001-2007 and ISO 14001-2004 • Implementation offshore Crane operations internal audits on BP export oil/gas installations (WA, Chirag, WC, CA, EA, DWG and Shah Deniz Alfa) • Implementation of internal audits on BP SCPX project in Georgia on N2 Leak Test and Flushing operations • Visit operating sites in order to check the correct application of Company’s QHSE procedures and standards • Participation in hazards identification and potential risks and assist operations staff with eliminating or mitigating those hazards • Implement proactive measures to curb accident / incident, unsafe behaviors / conditions from recurrence through promotion, campaigns, and talks / training. • Responsible for developing, promoting and maintaining the project HSSE plan which reflect a commitment to achieve highest possible international standards • Ensure project HSSE targets and objective are visible and GILAN HSSE policy and procedures are effectively implemented during CDP • Assist and advise the project manager, heads of departments in meeting the project HSSE objectives. • Ensure that all heads of departments are conversant with their obligations relating to HSSE in accordance with both the project HSSE plan and their individual HSSE responsibilities • Review and approve all Method Statements, Risk Assessments, PTW’s and other related documentation to ensure compliance with international standards • Monitor compliance with the project HSSE plan and relevant HSSE procedures, arrange regular audits/inspections and prepare detailed reports of site performance • Ensure an adequate interface with local HSE enforcing authorities and local fire officers, to ensure compliance with all legislation and approved codes of practice • Participate in regular HSSE meetings with project management and other interested parties with respect to safe working by GILAN, contractor and subcontractors engaged on the project
