Developing and implementation operational plans to finalise venue designs, to ensure business priorities are met and standards are achieved • Controlling all technology implementation and monitoring of completed installations to ensure technology equipment is operating to required standards • Supervision of the Technology workforce (staff, volunteers and contractors) at the venues.
