• Lead and organize the work of the Business Ethics and Compliance Department; • Analyze the progress of Anti-Corruption Program and the Department’s activities and set the goals and programs to achieve compliance with business ethics and integrity principles; • Harmonize policies, goals, practices, standard and regulatory documentation of Anti-Corruption Program prior to the submission to the Chairman of the Executive Board for approval; • Schedule and take part in inspections, monitoring activities and incident investigation; • Schedule, coordinate and evaluate training of employees and executives in business integrity and corruption control; • Manage Anti-Corruption Program records and reporting; • Establish and maintain contacts with outside organizations including professional and industry associations to improve Anti-Corruption Program of the Company and popularize the commitment to business integrity and anti-corruption principles in the industry and in the country; • Conduct proper Due Diligence of Business Partners, customers and 3rd parties’ company’s business engaged with and also to do due diligence for all potential business partners or clients; • Participation during meeting related to project start of Operation Group, before Group starts execution of the project.
