* Comunicating with banks * Review incoming supporting documentation for chargebacks, representments, PreCompliances and Compliances,PreArbitration and Arbitration Attempts * Processing chargebacks, representents, PreCompliances and Compliances, PreArbitration and Arbitration Attempts * Working with dispute transactions in Payment Systems (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX). * Processing slips * Working with E-commerce transactions and dispute them * Check ATM transactions in the case of non-issuance of cash * Processing refunds and adjustments

* Take service technicians’ orders for parts and fill them as fast as possible. * Receive and process parts from distributors, check merchandise received against purchase invoice * Supply cost of parts information on repair orders. * Update inventory control system and parts catalogue. * Notify service personnel when special parts or back-ordered parts are received. * Assist customers with determination of Parts and Accessories requirements and research merchandise in catalogues
