• Planning and development of local area traffic measures around the Stadiums; • Collaborate with the appropriate agencies to develop Tournament specific traffic management schemes, where needed; • Helping the Host Country authorities to develop their respective operational concepts and deliver them on the ground during the Tournament; • Ensure close and efficient coordination with external stakeholders, establishing and maintaining a dialogue with the relevant authorities in the Host Country.

As Logistics Manager: • Daily planning during the operational period in terms of logistics (deliveries, storage, etc.); • Supervise the logistics delivery, receive and store Company’s products, taking into consideration the specific of the particular Venue; • Make sure that all the records done correctly and in time in MDS. Control over the Company’s records in the system; • Set-up and dismantling the Company’s office according to the plan received from HQ; • Liaise with the Venue authorities in terms related to logistics during the set-up, operational and dismantling period; • Keep and present to HQ all the documentation of deliveries, storage, etc.; As Services Manager: • Daily planning during the operational period in terms of services (contractors deliveries, storage, etc.); • Supervise the operational status and quality control of contractors’ services; • Interview and confirm the contractors’ supervisors for the Venue; • Assist in contractors’ credentials received correctly and in time; • Coordinate the furniture set-up according to design, plans and timelines; • Liaise with Stadium administration in terms of services during the set-up, operational and dismantling period.

* Effectively manage the overall operations of vehicles on venue to ensure that service is delivered in accordance with Venue Operating Procedures (VOPs) and relevant policies; * Manage a team of drivers under the directions of the LOG DVM, providing coaching, training, instructions and direction to the team; * Develop and maintain a logistics plan for vehicles, monitor operational efficiencies and productivity; * Manage daily scheduling and roster planning of drivers; * Oversee the maintenance of vehicles in top condition both aesthetically and mechanically and optimize their life expectancy; * Ensure safe working practices are adhered to by the drivers with consideration given to spectators and workforce; * Adhere to Venue Health & Safety procedures and policies and maintain awareness of emergency procedures; * Ensure that manning is in line with operational requirements; * Handling of daily requests in a timely and professional manner and delivery of effective communication to the drivers team; * Manage the performance of drivers through constant feedback and coaching and address any issues effectively.

* To monitor the application of the Company's Policies, the Safety and Environmental Policy and Drug and Alcohol Policy and to advise the Local QHSE Manager of any noted deviations from them; * To monitor the effectiveness of the Quality and Safety Management System by conducting Internal Audits on Site in accordance with Audit Schedules'; * To control all Non-conformances resulting from the Quality and Safety Management System on the Site and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions; * Conducting Safety inspections and Safety audits on Site and report findings to the Local QHSE Manager; * Conducting various safety trainings including PTW Performing Authority, Area Authority, Energy Isolation, Incident Investigation, Task Based Risk Assessment, Fire Fighting as well as Major Incident management; * To analyze all Safety Correspondence from the Site and provide feedback reports to the Local QA/HSE Manager; * To assist in the investigation of all incidents occurring on Site and in conjunction with Operations Manager and Local QHSE Manager ensuring effective corrective action is implemented; * To assist the Local QHSE Manager in the preparation and execution of in house Safety Training programs for operations crews; * Regularly met with company subcontractors to evaluate and discuss requirements; * Act in a lead role for specific discipline e.g. Health, Safety, Environmental and Security.
