 Create accurate mechanical and conceptual drawings in AutoCAD using standard drafting practice.  2D and 3D design and drafting of sheet metal fabrication drawings, welding drawings, proposal and customer installation drawings, piping and electrical diagrams, piping component assembly, machining, and isometric drawings.  Select products from vendors based on adaptability and prepare MR ( Material Request ) for improving system functionality and performance inclusion of material specification, fabrication methods and finishes.  Prepare and collating information for Task Risk Assessment and Permit to Work.  Translate documents ( TRA, Manuals, MSDS, COSHH and etc. ) from English to other languages and vice versa.  Supervise maintenance of equipment and mobile plants (Compressors, Pumps, Generators, Engines, Winches and etc.)  Work closely with all departments to maintain temporary product output flow while supervising installation of new equipment.  Create new work orders for breakdowns and highlighting safety critical work.  Carry out weekly safety audits and participate in weekly safety meetings.  Prepare and produce quarterly reports and project reports for onshore management.  Estimate, manage and meet budgeted hours and schedules on assigned work projects.

 Carried out all custom procedure for clients ( Boskalis, Schlumberger, JTI, Kapital Bank and etc.).  Registered foreign citizens in cooperation with Azerbaijan Republic State Immigration Service.  Operated logistics ( provided drawing up of logistical forecasts and plans; coordinated work on designing of logistical systems and their introduction at the enterprise; counted expenses for logistics, developed the budget on logistics and provided its observance; organized works on creation and introduction of logistical information systems ).  Checked all the documentations ( Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, CMR’s, AWB’s, Contract, Declarations and other documents ) related to import and export ( temporary and permanent ).  Organized warehouse activity ( defined types, a site and the size of the warehouses necessary for storage of material resources and finished goods; defined kinds of the warehouse equipment and made calculations of its optimum quantity; carried out of cargo handling operations, acceptance-transfer of resources and production on warehouses, maintenance of necessary modes and conditions of their storage in warehouses; optimized processes of moving of resources and production in the enterprise; developed methodical instructions on the organization of the warehouse account ).  Provided broker with documentation in order to organize customs registration and customs clearance for the goods (chose kinds of customs modes; provided drawing up and timely representation of the customs documentation; provided customs declaring and representation on request of customs bodies of the declared goods; developed schemes of minimization of expenses on customs clearance)  Checked all the receipts and customs expenses with customs broker and prepared reports for finance manager and management of the company.

 Worked directly with client ( BP ) and subcontractors ( BOS SHELF, SAS, REMACUT, GORIZIANE, NAC, LASER GULF, HERTEL, RAPID SOLUTION ).  Supervised upgrading of vessels ( PLBH, DBA, DSV ).  Supervised modification, overhauling, repair and maintenance of machines and equipment such as Tensioners, Traction winch, Anchor winch, Storage winch, Retractable sheave, Measuring sheave, Compensator, Cooling Unit, HPU Container, Latching system, Tie Back system, Main and Auxiliary Trolleys, Motorized Axial Rollers, Idle Rollers, Firing Line Rollers, Walking Beams, Middle Main Conveyors and etc.  Supervised disassembling and reassembling of parts such as bearings, gaskets, oil seals, seegers, o-rings, v-belts, shafts, pistons, valves, cylinders and etc.  Supervised lifting, installation, alignment and survey of machines and equipment.  Supervised welding and NDT ( MPI, PT, PMI ) of machines and equipment.  Supervised filling of cooling unit and accumulator with oil and nitrogen gas.  Prepared site-instructions for fabrication, installation and transportation of beam, sheave, plates, stoppers, supports and etc.  Supervised and ensured safe condition at construction site in cooperation with safety department.  Supervised and ensured construction quality in accordance with project specification and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
