• Facilitate the development and effective implementation of Project Quality Management Systems by the Project Team in a manner that meets corporate, location and contractual requirements. • Manage project service and product verification and inspection on the project consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations. • Manage project quality support functions including quality planning, preventive action, non-conformance control, corrective action, assessments and project quality reporting and review. • Work closely with and draw on the resources of the global Worley Quality Community. • Ensure Project Management Plans and dependent systems and procedures are developed and implemented in compliance with the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and Enterprise Management System (EMS) consistent with specific location, regulatory and contractual requirements. • Ensure Project personnel are suitably trained in project plan requirements and to access and apply dependent systems, procedures and reference materials via the Project Web Site, EMS, WPMP and the Knowledge Communities as applicable. • Ensure all areas of the Project’s operations meet expectations and conform to applicable Worley, regulatory and contractual HSE obligations. • Ensure effectiveness of quality planning to ensure such that process controls and prerequisite product and service verification and inspection arrangements are established and resourced for the project consistent with criticality, statutory and contractual obligations. • Ensure effective planning and implementation of design control, verification, validation and review activities. • Ensure effective implementation and coordination of vendor assessment and inspection activities. • Ensure effective implementation and verification of construction inspection and testing activities. • Ensure effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action, and preventive action management processes. • Establishment of an effective risk-based assessment program. • Ensure effectiveness of Project Management Review Programs including collection analysis and reporting of project performance measures. • Participate in the global quality learning community initiative to enable quality professionals to communicate with each other and receive updates on latest developments. • Support in-house education, promotion and awareness programs relating to sound quality management practice and Worley quality strategies. • Facilitate the implementation of existing and new company processes and capability enhancements across the Project Operations. • Determine areas of potential improvement and, in consultation with the Quality Management and Project Management Team, facilitate the implementation of improvements to address these areas. • Facilitate independent review/certification of Project Quality Management Systems in line with Corporate, legislative or customer requirements. • Ensure that the customer’s quality management requirements and concerns and the needs of multiple stakeholders are identified and managed by the Project Team effectively. • Strengthen and coach project quality personnel to support development, management and administration of project quality management systems in response to project and customer expectations. • Facilitate the effective implementation of the Supplier evaluation and inspection program within project. • Ensure effective service and product verification and inspection programs are established consistent with criticality assessments and contractual and regulatory obligations. • Develop and work closely with Project Quality Team to ensure project requirements are met. • Ensuring that the EPCmC Supplier Quality Surveillance organization is operating in accordance with the Management, Knowledge System and project requirements. • Leading the team of SQS Co-Ordinator’s to develop excellent working relationships with Suppliers, Package Managers, Supply Chain Management, Engineering and client. • Attend EPCmC project meetings and weekly/monthly meetings as required.

• Responsible for maintaining the effectiveness and continued development of the BWC Project Quality Management System and providing direction and support to its application on the project facilities and sites. • Raise the profile of quality management within BWC team and Contractors. • Improve Quality management system and awareness on the project. • Approval of defined quality documents and records. • Prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures/Work Instructions in accordance with the project requirements. • Ensure implementation of Company specifications and procedures as well as Contractor’s own quality systems on site. • Review Contractor’s civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and other disciplines’ project documentation. • Approval of material requests from Contractor. • Conduct audits on ADEC and Contractor’s Quality Systems and prepare audit reports. • Participate in Contractor’s Internal Quality Audits. Monitor implementation of Contractor’s Internal Audit Process. • Monitor and analyze causes of non-conformities, OSD’s and audit findings to identify trends and coordinate implementation of the relevant corrective/preventive actions. • Participation in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical etc. inspections as required. • Coordinate implementation of corrective/preventive actions by relevant personnel, maintain status reporting. • Review contractors’ Quality Plans, procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, reports, forms etc. • Ensure implementation of relevant procedures in the preparation, collection and compilation of Project Quality Records. • Manage DMG process, develop and improve organisation, system and reporting.

• Management of the corporate and Project QA/QC function in an effective and efficient manner to meet the needs of the company and the individual projects and contracts. • Prepare, review and approve quality related procedures & plans. • Advise and control the activities of company QA/QC personnel. • Planning, performing and reporting quality management system audits. • Issue Non-conformance reports ensuring root cause and corrective & preventive action is applied. • Follow-up audit/NCR actions to ensure satisfactory close-out in the Action Tracking Register. • Review and approve Fabrication and Material Requisitions and their Criticality Sheets. • Identify quality requirements for Fabrication and Material Purchase Requisitions. • Review quality related documents submitted by Suppliers as part of SDDR. • Monitor OS&D reports to satisfactory resolution and close-out. • Review material certification at the Warehouse and formally release material in PaMMS (Procurement and Material Management System). • Interface with engineering and Project Quality Organization on Vendors quality performance. • Liaise with Project Procurement to ensure quality plans are implemented and critical interfaces identified for asset materials/equipment. • Support relevant personnel in areas of conflict of interpretation of specification requirements. • Monitor the issue of fabrication dossiers by using the Fabrication Register. • Monitor the issue of IRCs for fabricated items and supplied material. • Liaise with Project to resolve any quality related issues. • Serve as focal point to all communications with certifying and regulating authorities (Lloyd’s Register - LRQA) and professional bodies etc. • Preparation of Corrective Action Plan upon Verification Body audit and further follow-up with process owners to satisfactory closure. • Ensure that QA/QC personnel and advisors are suitably trained and competent to meet the needs of the company and individual contracts/projects. • Provision of advice, information, guidance and support to individual contracts/projects in the set-up and operation and adequacy of contract/project specific Quality management systems. • Advise senior management on changes to relevant regulations and legislation, codes of practice and the potential impact of these changes in the company. • Assist in preparation of tenders and in the pre-contract stages of new contracts. • Accountable for Project policies.

• Verify implementation of company Quality Management Plan and conformance to requirements of ISO 9001:2000. • Develop and maintain Project Quality, Health & Safety and Social & Environmental Audit Program. • Conduct audits on Company Internal & Contractor Quality System and prepare audit reports. • Participate in Contractor Internal Quality Audits. • Review contractors’ Quality Plans, procedures, Inspection and Test Plans, reports, forms etc. • Manage, perform and verify work affecting quality is defined and documented in the following documents (Quality Procedures, Method Statement Procedures and Inspection and Test Plans). • Coordinate QA/QC internal activities during Third-party audits (by Lloyds Register etc.) • Non-conformance reports (NCRs). • Monitor and analyze causes of non-conformities. • Coordinate implementation of corrective/preventive actions by relevant personnel, maintain status reporting. • Maintain register and follow-up Non-Conformance Reports and Quality Audit reports. • Coordinate implementation of Management of Change, Documentation management and other processes on the Project. • Ensure implementation of relevant procedures in the preparation, collection and compilation of Project Quality Record. • Participate in establishment and review process of Contractor Hydrotest Packs. • Review Contractor Certification Dossiers. • Monitor filing, registration and follow-up of Technical documentation, Procedures, SEQs, Site Instructions etc. • Assist Commissioning during handover stage. • Monitor registration, filing and follow-up of welding procedure specifications, welding procedure qualification records and brazing procedure qualification records and weld repair procedures. • Registration, filing and follow-up of welder qualification records. • Review, filing and follow-up of material test reports. • Monitor Contractor equipment calibration process. • Responsible for the calibration activities of Company owned inspection tools & instruments. • Coordination of water samples laboratory testing activities for project needs. • Maintain Project Organization Charts. • Maintain Project staff job descriptions. • Weekly, monthly & quarterly QA/QC activities reports. • Presentations for Management reviews & meetings. • Ensure that contractor abides by the safety standards of Company HSE Policy. • Perform ASA and STOP cards requirements.

• Control and filing of incoming documentation i.e. steel/hull structure, machinery, piping, outfitting, electrical & instrumentation drawings, P&IDs, general arrangements etc. • Tracing and follow-up latest revisions and alterations for all type of incoming documentation; remove invalid revisions. • Planning, conducting and reporting of internal quality audits. • Document distribution within Quality Assurance department. • Report generation using QA Inspectors feedback. • Material traceability for steel structure and piping fabrication and installation. • Preparation of Welder Qualification Test Records (WQTR), Welder IDs, Welder Summaries and further update. • Assisting QA Senior Superintendent and QA Inspectors in elaboration and analysis of miscellaneous procedures, records, schedules, databases, reports etc. • Input all related information for Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning stages of project, filling out Test Memos etc. • Punch List activities – punch list items opening and closing. • Input data into QRM (Quality Record Management – Specially designed Microsoft Access database). • Submission of daily timesheets/overtime statements.
