Working with PFD’s, P&ID’s, Datasheet and performance curves of equipment.  Equipment related calculations relating with design of plant.  Recalculating process variables and applying them on process.  Optimization of production rates, efficiencies, yields.  Writing process description and procedures for CROs.  Writing daily, monthly production reports for management.  Daily field monitoring, determining failures in process.  Determining causes and giving appropriate solutions for occurred problems.  Giving permit to maintenance team and responsible person for isolating devices from operation in order to be repaired, taking over repaired devices and testing them. Deciding whether they work properly or not.  According to "Permit to work" form, responsible person for safe maintenance.
