Main duties, accountabilities & responsibilities: Major overhauls and reconditioning SOCAR/ BP related offshore/ onshore installations of rotating equipment/units in Caspian Region • Responsible for maintenance, major overhaul,troubleshooting,engineering,cost, quality, delivery (schedule) of the activities carried out in Rotating department; • Run discipline's activities such as engineering , procurement, inspection, expediting of the vendors, site work,commissioning work etc., for Oil&Gas industry; • Manage the manpower arrangement (allocation, recruit ); • Manage the project budget; • Manage the schedule of engineering, procurement, inspection, delivery of equipment , bulk material and site work and commissioning; • Transfer the Top management policies/objectives to all members in Rotating Department and ensure that these policies/objectives are understood and followed by all members; • Follow up the QEHS( Quality/Environment/Health/Safety ) objectives and program; • Prepare and follow up the training needs and training programs as well as analysing the job capability of each member in Rotating Dep-t; • Appraise each member's performance and capability at the designated interval; • Work as a focal point for the project with good and effective communication with the engineers, project and client; • Guide the engineers on technical and non-technical issues towards effective solutions; • Supervision of mechanical engineers working for the project; • Prepare mechanical man-hour estimate to perform project tasks; • Prepare weekly mechanical progress and expenditure reports on a project specific basis; • Technical discussions with the client, project manager and other discipline leads to resolve the project issues; • Equipment selection; • Preparation of equipment data sheets; • Preparation of specification; • Technical evaluation of vendor bids and evaluation report; • Vendor document review; • Preparation of other technical reports as required by the project.

Plan, schedule and coordinate of all FS activities in Caspian region  Leading and managing the Field Service organization in close co-operation with the BU head in order to achieve an increase in the quality of service performances and profitability of activities;  Interfacing with the Field Service sub responsible’s, leading and managing Service activities, generally Field Service;  Personally accountable for the financial result and business development of the local Service entity;  Responsible for Field Service budget and action plan, to plan and organize the activities and fulfil and implement tasks set in the budget and action plan, to follow up the implementation, monitoring the Field Service performances, reviewing the progress and implementing corrective actions.  Responsible to define and communicate Service goals, plans to achieve the goals and the needed competencies to deliver and relative development, delegating and organizing, to the appropriate level, the implementation and the delivery process, following up the activities through business control and performance meters, reviewing progress and implementing corrective actions;  Personally accountable for the technical and economic result of the local Field Service organization, KPIs, for the availability of skilled resources and response time, for the quality of the reports, for the human resources competence and development.  The management of the process is guaranteed by applying the concept of Total Quality Management that provides both the responsibility and authority to ensure that processes are established, implemented and maintained, reporting to top management on the performance of the Quality Management system and any need for improvement.
